Cancellation Policy

At BeNaive.in, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the terms under which you may cancel an order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

1. Email us at support@benaive.in.
2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will confirm if the cancellation is possible.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If payment was already made, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
