1. Return Duration

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags must be intact.
• The product must be in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or damaged items.
• Final sale or clearance products.
• Customized or personalized items.

3. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@benaive.in with your order number.
2. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Our team will review and share the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Refund Duration

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.

6. Wrong or Defective Item

If the item delivered is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
